Lara Baker-Olin is an amateur scholar and member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a non-profit educational organization that studies and recreates pre-17th Century Western European culture.
This website was originally created in 2003 and is intended to document my exploration into experimental archeology as I study and recreate articles of the past. My primary areas of interest are conquest-era Magyar and viking age Rus culture, art and clothing, as well as textile reproduction using historical methods, tools and materials.
